Since my last post I'm happy to say my weight loss is now....down 11 pounds. I'm doing better at eating good portions. Last night I didn't eat late at night which I know really makes a difference. The two nights before last night I had a bowl of lucky charms...terrible. And RIGHT before bed. I have a hard time falling asleep so you would think I would be smarter about what I choose to eat. I mean seriously lucky charms? packed with sugar. Whatever...Im not going to beat myself up over it.
-Today I tried nutella with a banana. OHHHHHH I cant tell you how much I loved it! And don't worry I didn't over do it.
